We would like to introduce our company in India, engaged in the manufacturing of precision Extrusion Tips, Dies, Crosshead assemblies and their Spares, Breaker plates, Bleed-port / Bypass systems, Clamps, Connecting Flanges and other kind of spares used in the Extrusion Industry. Our company is engaged in manufacturing the parts for the Extrusion industry for the past 15 years. We have an experience of manufacturing the Extrusion parts of over 20 years. We manufacture Tips in Hardened Steel, Carbide Inserts and Diamond Inserts. We manufacture Dies and other parts in Hardened Steel of premium grade like D-2, H-13, 4140(EN-19/EN-24), 420SS, 440C SS, Inconel and Monel, to name a few.

We are exporting the various Extrusion parts to world’s very reputed companies for more than 12 years. We have very rich experience in manufacturing various Extrusion parts. We have a very good Tool room having Lathe Machines, Milling Machines, Cylindrical Grinding Machines, Surface Grinding Machines, Polishing Machines, Die Grinding Machines etc. We have experienced machinists and well equipped Inspection and Quality Control Deptt. who can ensure dimensions within .002mm (2 microns). We do Diamond polish on all the flow areas of the extrusion parts. We guarantee to world class product at reasonable prices.
