Mercury Cable & Energy (“Mercury”), the leading developer of High Voltage Composite Reinforced Conductors (“HVCRC”) for electrical transmission lines, is pleased to announce that its operating subsidiary has engaged Jordana Electric, Inc. (“Jordana Electric”) to represent it’s HVCRC Smart Conductor product line in Mexico. As part of its representation obligations under this agreement, Jordana Electric has committed to completing certification of Mercury’s HVCRC product line with Laboratorio de Pruebas de Equipos y Materiales (“LAPEM”) within 12 months and Jordana Electric has guaranteed specified minimums orders in exchange for its exclusive representation rights to be granted by Mercury.
