Owner wins bid on Triangle site
February 2, 2009Griswold held a foreclosure auction at the former Triangle Plastic Wire and Cable Co. property, selling it to the highest bidder. The current owner of the 18-acre site at East Main Street and Route 201 put in the highest bid, First Selectman Philip Anthony said. Working Realty Ltd., a New York City-based real estate management firm, bought Triangle in June 2007 for $342,000.
