First high voltage cable production for TELE-FONIKA Kable in Canada

At the end of 2007, the subsidiary trade company TELE-FONIKA Cable Americas, which provides cable on the markets of North and South America, won a contract for provision of high voltage cable to consumers in Canada. Cable manufactured in Bydgoszcz Facility with a voltage of 115 kV and with a 380 mm² cross-section will be provided to the firm Syncrude in Mildred Lake, which is located approx. 40 km to the north of Fort McMurray in Alberta, Canada. Syncrude is the largest producer of synthetic materials produced on the basis of oil derivatives created as a result of refining crude oil.

TELE-FONIKA Cable Americas has its headquarters in the USA in the city of Batavia, not far from Chicago, and commercial offices in Chile and China.
