BE has installed capacity for producing 36414 Optical Fibre Telecommunication Cable Km. per annum . At BE we have complete facilities to manufacture all the internationally accepted cable constructions. The complete area where Optical Fibre is stored, tested and processed is specially designed to provide air conditioned, dust free and humidity controlled environment. Latest State-of-the-art plant , machinery and testing facilities have been procured from world -renowned cable machinery manufacturers for production & testing of cables.
BE has a fully computerized system for Process Monitoring and Quality Control for cable production to ensure consistency and reliability of transmission parameters.
BE also has the capability to produce specialty cables for use in medical equipment, computers and Local Area Networks, Cable TV Network or any other type of special fibre optic cables based on customer specifications.
BE has also diversified into Jelly Filled Copper Telephone Cables and Switchboard Cables for switching equipment. Capacity exists to produce cables to any national or international specifications. BE has an installed capacity to produce 33.67 lac conductor Km. of copper cables per annum.
BE has achieved the distinctive recognition of an internationally acclaimed Quality Assurance System ‘IS/ISO 9002’ certified by the Bureau of Indian Standards (Accredited by Raad voor de Certificatie, Netherlands.)
The above certification has been granted for manufacture & supply of Optical Fibre Telecommunications Cables, Polyethylene Insulated Jelly Filled Telecommunications Cables and supply of Accessories for Optical Fibre Telecommunications Cables.
